Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mini Me pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may return items or exchange within 15 days of delivery or purchase.

Eligibility

All items must be unused, unwashed, and unlaundered, with original tags and protective shields attached. They should be in the same condition in which you received them, and packaged in the original box or packaging. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, send us an email at info@minimemiami.com with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange.” Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Once we receive your email, we will reply with your return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For mailed returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package makes it safely back to us. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email. Refunds typically reflect within 10–15 business days.
