Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mini Me pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may return items for exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery or purchase.


Eligibility

All items must be unused, unwashed, and unlaundered, with original tags and protective shields attached. They should be in the same condition in which you received them, and packaged in the original box or packaging. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, send us an email at info@minimemiami.com with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange.” Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reasonfor your request. Once we receive your email, we will reply with your return instructions. Depending on your situation, you may ship the item back to us or, if you live locally, we can arrange a convenient drop-off time at our Coral Gables location.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For mailed returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package makes it safely back to us.

 

Processing

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email. Approved returns will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card or, if available, you may choose an exchange. Please note that sales tax is not included in gift card values.
